Chinese Chicken Egg Roll Recipe 

Ingredients:

  • Black pepper 1/2 tablespoon
  • Cabbage (shredded) 1/2 cup
  • Carrots (julienne) 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Chili sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Onion (sliced) 1/2 cup 
  • Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
  • Chicken mince 1 cup
  • Oyster sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs 2 
  • Milk 250 ml 
  • Salt 1/4 tablespoon
  • Black pepper 1/4 tablespoon
  • Baking powder 1 tablespoon
  • Flour 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tablespoon
Instruction:

  1. In a bowl add egg milk  salt black pepper  baking  powder  flour and corn flour whisk all the ingredients well and your egg better is ready
  2. Now grease the pan with oil and pour one spoon egg mixture 
  3. Spread evenly cooks each side for 2    minutes until it becomes light golden brown set  aside
  4. In a pan heat oil add garlic chopped and saute it for a minute then add chicken mince and cook for abut 5 to 6 minutes until it changes color then add soy sauce oyster sauce chili sauce black pepper and them  well then add  cabbage onion carrots  capsicum and cook for about 5 minutes  your mixture is ready set aside
  5. On a board place egg  pancake  fill it up with the mixture and roll it in cylinder shape
  6.  Mix flour with water and make a  paste apply it on the edge of roll to secure it 
  7. Heat  oil in a pan and fry rolls from all side until light golden brown on medium low flame 
  8. Your tasty chinese chicken egg rolls ready to serve.
