Cheesy White sauce pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
Ingredients for Sauteed Vegetables & Cooked Chicken:
- Oil 1 tablespoon
- Carrots 1/4 cup
- Green capsicum 1/4 cup
- Red capsicum 1/4 cup
- Sweet corn 1/4 cup
- Boneless chicken(thin strips) 500g
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder 1 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste1/2 tablespoon
- Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Mustard paste 1 tablespoon
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Hot sauce 1/2 cup
- Oil 2-3 tablespoon
- Water as required
- Oil 2 tablespoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Guard Spiral Macaroni 2 cups
- Butter 2 tablespoon
- Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic(chopped) 1 tablespoon
- All-purpose flour 2 tablespoon
- Milk 2 cups
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- White pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried basil 1/2 teaspoon
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Sauteed vegetables
- Boiled pasta
- Mix cheese (grated) 1 1/2 cup
- White sauce pasta
- Red chili flakes as required
- Parsley (chopped) as required
- Sauteed Vegetable and cooked chicken
- In a pot heat water, add oil, salt and bring it to boil. Add Guard pasta and boil until 80% done. Strain and set aside.
- In a bowl add chicken, salt, black pepper, onion powder, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, mustard paste, paprika, hot sauce and marinate well for 30 minutes.
- Heat oi in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until water dries out.
- Now add green capsicum, red capsicum, sweet corn, carrot and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- In a pan heat butter and add oil. Add garlic and saute until brown. Now add flour and cook until fragrant.
- Add milk gradually while stirring continuously to prevent lumps on low flame. Add white pepper, salt, oregano, dried thyme, dried basil and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium low flame.
- Add sauteed vegetables and cook chicken, boiled pasta and give it a good mix. Lastly, add cheese and cook until cheese has melted.
- Serve in a bowl and top it with red chili flakes parsley, chicken,
