Chili Chicken Recipe 

Ingredients :
 For chicken:
  • Chicken boneless-500gm(cubes)
  • Maida-2 tablespoon
  • Corn flour-2 tablespoon
  • Egg white- 1pc
  • Ginger garlic paste 1teaspoon
  • Green Chili paste 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Edible Oil 2 tablespoon
For Gravy:
  • Onion 1 pcs(finely chopped)
  • Capsicum 1 cup (Chopped)
  • Ginger 1 teaspoon(chopped)
  • Garlic 1 teaspoon(chopped)
  • Green chili 1/2 teaspoon (chopped)
  • Red chili sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato ketchup 3 tablespoon
  • Spring onion 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 2 teaspoon 
  • Edible Oil tablespoon
Procedure:
  1. Marinate the chicken cubes with  maida, corn flour/ starch, soy sauce. egg white, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, vinegar, and salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes .Take oil in a pan for frying the chicken and fry the chicken cubes until crispy. 
  2. Heat  oil in a pan  and add chopped ginger and garlic to it. Saute it and  add soy sauce , red chili sauce and  chopped green chili. Cook for some time and add tomato ketchup and vinegar to it. Mix well  and capsicum to it. Saute it on high flame. Don't overcook the veggies.
  3. Add Fried Chicken to the mixture and mix well. Your chicken chili dry is ready Sprinkle spring onion over it and serve it. 
  4. If you want gravy. Add 1 tablespoon cornflour and 1 cup of water Cook on low flame for 10 minutes to make semi thick gravy. Sprinkle spring onion over it.
