Chinese Paratha Recipe

 Chinese Paratha Recipe  


Ingredients: 
  • All-purpose flour (Maida) 2cup 
  • Oil 2 tablespoon
  • Water as required
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg 3 
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon 
  • White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chicken mince 700g 
  • Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
  • Carrot(julienne) 1cup 
  • Onion 1 cup 
  • Chili sauce 2 table spoon
  • Soy sauce  2 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic (chopped) 2 tablespoon
Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, add flour, oil, water and salt. Mix them well and knead until your dough  is done. Set aside. 
  2. In a bowl, add eggs, salt and white pepper powder. Whisk them well and your egg mixture  is ready.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add chicken mince. Cook it until its color changes to white. Now add salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked. Keep  it aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic. Saute for about 1 minute. Now add  carrot, capsicum, cabbage , onion, chili sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, salt and cook for about 2-3  minutes. Set aside.
  5. Take the dough and cut into 4  equal parts. Now make  ball shape Pera  add  roll it down with rolling pin and make the square shape. 
  6. Now brush it with egg mixture and add cooked chicken filling and fold it like pocket into square shape.
  7. Heat oil on pan and place the prepared paratha. cook low medium flame on each side until golden brown in color or fully cooked.
  8. your Chinese Paratha is ready.
