Chinese Paratha Recipe
Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour (Maida) 2cup
- Oil 2 tablespoon
- Water as required
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg 3
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Chicken mince 700g
- Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
- Carrot(julienne) 1cup
- Onion 1 cup
- Chili sauce 2 table spoon
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce 2 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon
- Garlic (chopped) 2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, add flour, oil, water and salt. Mix them well and knead until your dough is done. Set aside.
- In a bowl, add eggs, salt and white pepper powder. Whisk them well and your egg mixture is ready.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chicken mince. Cook it until its color changes to white. Now add salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic. Saute for about 1 minute. Now add carrot, capsicum, cabbage , onion, chili sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, salt and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- Take the dough and cut into 4 equal parts. Now make ball shape Pera add roll it down with rolling pin and make the square shape.
- Now brush it with egg mixture and add cooked chicken filling and fold it like pocket into square shape.
- Heat oil on pan and place the prepared paratha. cook low medium flame on each side until golden brown in color or fully cooked.
- your Chinese Paratha is ready.
