Chinese Sesame Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
- Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper crushed 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Egg white 1
- Cornflour 3/4 cup
- All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Knorr chicken powder 1 sachet 10 g
- Cooking oil for frying
- Knorr tomato ketchup 1/4 cup
- Honey 2 tablespoon
- Soy sauce 2 & 1/2 tablespoon
- Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Stock 3/4 cup
- Cornflour 21 tablespoon
- Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic chopped 1/2tablespoon
- Sesame seeds roasted 1/2 tablespoon
- Green onion leaves
- In a bowl, add chicken boneless cubes. garlic paste, black pepper crushed, salt, soy sauce, egg white, and mix well, cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
- In bowl, add cornflour, all purpose flour, baking powder, chicken powder, and mix well.
- Now add chicken marinate cubes, cover & shake well.
- In wok, heat cooking oil and fry chicken cubes for 2-3 minutes then take out and rest for 10 minutes then again fry until crispy & golden.
- In small jug, add tomato ketchup, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil vinegar, sugar, chicken stock, cornflour, whisk well & set aside.
- In a wok add cooking oil, garlic` and mix well.
- Add prepared sauce, mix well and cook until sauce is thick.
- Add fried chicken, sesame seeds and mix well.
- Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!
