Dragon Kofta Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
Ingredients for Boiled Noodles:
- Water as required
 - Salt 1 teaspoon
 - Oil 2 tablespoon
 - Noodles 500g
 
- Oil 1 tablespoon
 - Carrot (julienne) 1/2cup
 - Onion (sliced) 1/2cup
 - Capsicum(julienne) 1/2cup
 - Red chilies (sliced)4-5
 - Green onion 1/2cup
 
- Oil 3 tablespoon
 - Cashew nuts 15-20
 - Garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon
 - Red chili flakes 1 tablespoon
 - Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
 - Chili garlic sauce 1 tablespoon
 - Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
 - Brown sugar 2 tablespoon
 - Ketchup 2 tablespoon
 - Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
 - Salt 1/2 tablespoon to taste
 - Sauteed vegetables
 - Green onion (|chopped) as required
 - K&N's Kofta 850g (10-12)
 - Tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 cup
 - Boiled noodles 500g
 - Sesame seeds as required
 
- In a pot heat water, add salt, oil and bring it to boil. Now add noodles and boil until 80% done. Strain and set a side.
 - In a pan heat oil and add red chilies, saute for a minute. Now add carrot, onion, capsicum, green onion and saute for 2 minutes. Take off flame and set aside.
 - Prepare K&N's Kofta as per instruction on the pack. Set aside.
 - In a wok heat oil and add cashew nuts, and saute for a minute. Add garlic and saute for another minute.
 - Add red chili flakes and cook for a minute. Now add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, hot sauce, ketchup and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame .Now add black pepper, salt, and mix well.
 - Add sauteed vegetables, prepare K&N's Kofta, boiled noodles and toss well on high flame for 1 minute.
 - Your dragon kofta noodles are ready. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds and serve.
