Egg Manchurian Recipe
Ingredients:
- Egg 4
- Salt 1/4 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tablespoon
- All- purpose flour (maida) 1 cup
- Corn flour 1/4 cup
- Red chili powder 1/2 tablespoon
- Salt 1/2 tablespoon
- Water as required
- Garlic powder 1/2 tablespoon
- Chili sauce 1 tablespoon
- Red chili flakes 1/2 tablespoon
- Water 1 cup
- Slurry (corn flour 1 tablespoon + water 1 tablespoon)
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl add eggs, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
- Now grease a white transparent dish with oil and pour the mixture in it. cover with foil pepper and steam for at least 15 mins and then take it off
- Now on a board place the prepared egg dish. cut the edges finely and place the egg on the board and cut it into fine cubes and keep it aside.
- In a bowl add flour, corn flour, red chili powder, salt, water and garlic powder and mix well.
- Now coat the cube shaped eggs in this mixture.
- Then deep fry them until they are light golden in color.
- On a pan. heat, up the oil and add chopped garlic. saute it for a minute. then add ketchup and mix well for 1to 2 minutes. now add soy sauce, chili sauce, red chili flakes, salt, water and mix well. now add water and cook for almost 2 to3 minutes.
- Now add the prepared egg, onion and capsicum and mix well. add slurry and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes while mixing constantly. cook until you reach the desired consistency.
- Your egg Manchurian is ready.
