 Manchurian Noodles Rice Platter Recipe


Ingredients
  Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
  • Chicken Boneless (cubes)500g
  • Corn flour 3 tablespoon 
  • Egg 1
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • White pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Manchurian Sauce:
  • Oil 1 tablespoon 
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon
  • Ketchup 1 cup
  • soy sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon  / to taste
  • Chili sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Red chili flakes 1 tablespoon
  • Water 1 cup 
  • Slurry (corn flour +water) 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon

Ingredients for Herbed Rice:
  • Guard Basmati Rice 2 cups
  • Water(for 9soaking) as required
  • Salt (for boiling)1 tablespoon
  • Oil (for boiling) 1 tablespoon
  • Water(for boiling) as required
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt1/4 teaspoon
  • Green onion(chopped)as required

Ingredients for Noodles:
  • Spaghetti 200g 
  • Salt (for boiling) 1 teaspoon
  • Oil (for boiling) 1 tablespoon
  • Water (for boiling)as required
  • Oil 2 tablespoon
  • Carrot (julienne)1 cup
  • capsicum(julienne) 1 cup
  • Onion (julienne) 1 cup
  • Salt 1 teaspoon / to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Chili sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Green onion (chopped) as required
Instructions:
  1. In a bowl add chicken, corn flour, egg, soy sauce, white pepper, salt and mix well. Marinate for 10- 15 minutes.
  2. In a deep pan heat oil and fry marinated chicken until light golden and half cooked. Set aside.
  3. In a pan heat oil and add garlic. Saute for a minute. Now add ketchup, soy sauce,  Worcestershire sauce black pepper, salt ,red chili flakes, Water and bring to boil. Now add fried chicken , corn flour slurry and cook until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Your  chicken Manchurian is ready.
  5. In a bowl add Guard  Basmati Rice and water, Soak for 25-30 minutes.
  6. In a pot heat water and bring it to boil. Now add salt, oil, soaked rice.  Boil until 85% done. Strain and set aside. 
  7. In a pot heat oil and garlic , saute  for a minute. Now add boiled rice, soy sauce, black pepper powder, salt and toss on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Now add green onion and give it a good mix  your herbed rice ready.
  9. In a wok heat oil and add and  carrot, capsicum, onion and cook for 1-2 minutes, Now add black pepper, soy sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, salt and mix well.
  10. Now add boiled noodles and toss it well on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
  11. Garnish with green onion and serve with Herbed and Chicken Manchurian.
