 Vegetable Shashlik Sizzler Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Tomato Ketchup 1/3 cup
  • Hot sauce 3 tablespoon
  • Vinegarb2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce 3 tablespoon
  • Red chili crushed 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken powder 1&1/2 tablespoon
  • Paprika powder 1/2 tablespoon
Vegetable Fried Rice:
  • Cooking oil 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger chopped 1/2 tablespoon
  • Green chili crushed 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion (white part chopped)1/4 cup
  • Carrot chopped 1/4 cup
  • Peas 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum chopped 1/4 cup
  • Green onion(leaves chopped) 2 tablespoon
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon or to taste
  • Rice boiled 200g
Stir-fried vegetables:
  • Cooking oil 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger chopped 1/2 tablespoon
  • Cauliflower  florets 1 cup
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Onion cubes 1 cup
  • Tomatoes cubes 1 cup & deseeded 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
Shashlik Sauce:
  • Cooking oil 1-2 tablespoon
  • Garlic chopped 1&1/2 tablespoon
  • Green chili  chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Onion chopped 1/4 cup 
  • Water 1 &1/2 cup or as required
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon or to taste
  • Cornflour 1 &1/2 tablespoon or as required
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Cabbage (leaves)
Instruction:
  •  In a bowl   add tomato ketchup, hot sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, red chili crushed, black pepper powder, chicken powder, paprika powder, mix well& set aside.
Vegetable Fried Rice:
  1. In a wok add cooking oil, garlic, ginger, green chili & saute for 30 seconds.
  2. Add green onion white part &cook fry for1 minute.
  3. Add carrots, peas & cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add capsicum and mix well.
  5. Add prepared sauce mix( 2-3 tablespoon)  green onion leaves, salt & mix well.
  6. Add boiled rice, mix well & set aside.
Stir-fried vegetables:
  1. In a wok add cooking oil, garlic, ginger & saute for a minute.
  2. Add cauliflower, mushrooms, mix well &  cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add onions, tomato, capsicum, sugar, salt and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add prepared sauce mix (2-3 tablespoon) and stir fry on high flame for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
Shashlik Sauce:
  1. In a saucepan add cooking oil, garlic, green chili & mix well.
  2. Add onion mix well & saute until translucent.
  3. Add remaining prepared sauce mix & mix well
  4. In water. add salt. cornflour  and whisk well
  5. Now add dissolved cornflour and whisk well. bring it to boll and cook until sauce is thick and keep whisking in  between Shashlik sauce is ready. 
Assembling:
  1.  Heat cast iron sizzler plate directly on stove.
  2. Add & spread butter, place cabbage leaves, fried rice. potato fries, stir-fried vegetable, shashlik sauce & serve.
