Cheese Garlic Tikka With Grilled Corn

Ingredients:

Prepare Garlic Tikka:

  • Yogurt thick 4 tablespoon 
  • Paprika powder 1/2 tablespoon 
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder 1 &   1/2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • Mixed herbs 1 tablespoon
  • Salt 1 tablespoon or to taste 
  • Chicken large pieces 750g 
  • Cooking oil 1-2 tablespoon
Prepare Garlicky Cheese sauce:
  • Cooking oil 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic chopped  1 &  1/2 tablespoon 
  • All - purpose flour 1 & 1/2  tablespoon 
  • Milk 1& 1/2 cup 
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tablespoon 
  • Salt 1/4 tablespoon or to taste 
  • Mixed herbs 1/2 tablespoon 
  • Cheddar cheese  grated  1/2cup
 Prepare Grilled Corn With Butter Seasoning:
  • Water as require
  •  Salt 1/2 tablespoon or to taste
  • Corns 2 
  • Cooking oil 1 tablespoon 
  • Butter melted 3-4tablespoon 
  • Salt 1/4 tablespoon or to taste 
  • lemon zest 1/2 tablespoon 
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tablespoon 
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tablespoon or to taste 
  • Parmesan cheese 1 & 1/2 tablespoon 
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon 
  • Fresh herbs chopped 
  • cheese grated 
  • Fresh herbs chopped 
Instructions:
Prepare Garlic Tikka:
  1. In a bowl add yogurt paprika powder cumin powder garlic powder black pepper powder mixed herbs salt & whisk well
  2. Make deep cuts on chicken pieces & add it in bowl apply marinade evenly cover & marinate  for1 hour
  3. In a grill pan add  cooking oil marinated   chicken apply remaining marinade & grill  from  both sides cover & cook on low flame until  tender (6-8 minutes each side)
Prepare Garlicky Cheese Sauce:
    1. In a saucepan , add cooking  oil garlic  &  mix  well 
    2. Add all- purpose  flour  &  mix well
    3. Add milk  mix  well & cook  until it thickens (2-3 minutes)
    4. Add black pepper powder salt mixed  herbs cheddar cheese &  mix well until cheese  melts & set aside 
Prepare Grilled Corn With Butter Seasoning:
  1. In a wok add water salt mix well & bring into boil 
  2. Add corns cover &boil on low flame for 18-20 minutes & take out corns from water 
  3. On a grill pan add cooking oil & spread evenly 
  4. Add boiled corns & grill from all sides until charred  
  5. In  a bowl add butter salt lemon zest cumin powder red chili powder parmesan cheese lemon juice & mix well
  6. On a grilled corn apply prepared butter seasoning with the help of brush & sprinkle fresh herbs  
  7. On a serving platter add  grilled  vegetables chicken tikka pieces & grilled corns 
  8. Grate cheese with the help of grater & pour prepared garlicky cheese sauce on chicken tikka pieces fresh herbs & serve
