Chinese Egg Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2-3 tablespoon
- Eggs 2
- Cabbage shredded 1/2 cup
- Carrot julienne 1/2 cup
- Capsicum julienne 1/2 cup
- Green onion white part julienne 1/4 cup
- Salt 1/4 tablespoon or to taste
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 tablespoon or to taste
- Chicken stock cube 1/2 piece
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Egg noodles 200gms (boil as per packs instruction)
- Green onion leaves
- In wok, add cooking oil, eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum, green onion white part and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt black pepper powder red chili powder chicken stock cube soy sauce vinegar and mix well
- Add boiled egg noodles and give it a good mix
- Sprinkle green onion leaves & serve
