 Chinese Egg Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cooking oil  2-3 tablespoon 
  • Eggs 2 
  • Cabbage shredded 1/2 cup
  • Carrot julienne 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum julienne 1/2 cup 
  • Green onion white part julienne 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tablespoon or to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tablespoon or to taste
  • Chicken stock cube 1/2 piece 
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon 
  • Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Egg noodles  200gms  (boil as per packs instruction)
  • Green onion leaves 
Instructions:

  1. In wok, add cooking oil, eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum, green onion white part and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add salt black pepper powder red chili powder chicken stock cube soy sauce vinegar and mix well
  4. Add boiled egg noodles and give it a good mix 
  5. Sprinkle green onion leaves & serve
