No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake 

Ingredients:

  • Digestive biscuits 650-700g
  • Cocoa powder 3/4 cup
  •  Sugar 1 cup 
  • Water 1 & 1/4 cup 
  •  Vanilla essence 1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt  1 pinch 
  • Nurpur butter unsalted 150g 
Prepare Chocolate Ganache

  • Dark chocolate 200g 
  • Cream 150ml
  • Chocolate chips 
Instructions:

  1. Break digestive biscuits in a bowl & set aside
  2. In a saucepan add cocoa powder sugar water &  whisk well 
  3. Turn on the Flame whisk continuously & bring it to boil 
  4. Add vanilla essence salt butter whisk well &  cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes 
  5. Let it cool for 5 minutes
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased loose bottom  Square cake pan  (8 X 8 inches ) spread evenly & refrigerate for 30 minutes
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:

  1. In a bowl add dark chocolate cream microwave for 90 seconds & mix well
  2.  Pour half quantity of prepared chocolate ganache on cake spread evenly cover  with cling film  & refrigerate until set (3-4 hours)
  3. Remove cake from cake pan drizzle remaining chocolate ganache chocolate  chips & serve
