Mango Ice Cream Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Mango chunks 3 cups
  • Condensed milk 3/4 cup
  • Whipping cream 1 1/2 cup
  • Mango chunk  2 cups 
  • Sugar 3 tablespoon
  • Coconut milk 3/4 cup
  • Mango chunks 1/2 cup 
  • Butter 1/2 tablespoon 
  • Icing sugar 1tablespoon 
  • Lemon juice 1tablespoon 
  • Mango juice 1/4 cup 
  • Water 1/4 cup
Instructions:
  1. Add mango pulp in a blender and to from mango puree
  2. Now in a bowl add prepared mongo puree condensed milk and mix well 
  3. Now in anther bowl add whipping cream and whip it with beater until stiff peaks
  4. Once the cream is whipped and mango mix slowly and gradually 
  5. Now set  the ice cream in container add some mango chunks and cover with plastic wrap making sure it touches the ice cream surface freeze the ice - cream for 4 hours or overnight
  6. Remove ice cream from the container and serve with fresh mangoes and enjoy
  7. Cut the mangoes in cubes  and put them in a bowl add sugar and beat until smooth paste is formed 
  8. Now add coconut  milk and mix well
  9. Put mixture in a mold add some mango chunks cover with aluminium foil and place the mold in freeze for 8 hours or overnight
  10. Remove  from the container and serve
  11. In a pan add mango pulp butter  icing sugar lemon juice mango juice water and stir & cook on medium flame until thick mixture is formed
  12. Remove from heat let it cool on room temperature and drizzle over ice cream
