Mango Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- Mango chunks 3 cups
- Condensed milk 3/4 cup
- Whipping cream 1 1/2 cup
- Mango chunk 2 cups
- Sugar 3 tablespoon
- Coconut milk 3/4 cup
- Mango chunks 1/2 cup
- Butter 1/2 tablespoon
- Icing sugar 1tablespoon
- Lemon juice 1tablespoon
- Mango juice 1/4 cup
- Water 1/4 cup
- Add mango pulp in a blender and to from mango puree
- Now in a bowl add prepared mongo puree condensed milk and mix well
- Now in anther bowl add whipping cream and whip it with beater until stiff peaks
- Once the cream is whipped and mango mix slowly and gradually
- Now set the ice cream in container add some mango chunks and cover with plastic wrap making sure it touches the ice cream surface freeze the ice - cream for 4 hours or overnight
- Remove ice cream from the container and serve with fresh mangoes and enjoy
- Cut the mangoes in cubes and put them in a bowl add sugar and beat until smooth paste is formed
- Now add coconut milk and mix well
- Put mixture in a mold add some mango chunks cover with aluminium foil and place the mold in freeze for 8 hours or overnight
- Remove from the container and serve
- In a pan add mango pulp butter icing sugar lemon juice mango juice water and stir & cook on medium flame until thick mixture is formed
- Remove from heat let it cool on room temperature and drizzle over ice cream
