Egg Stuffed Paratha Recipe
Ingredients:- All-purpose flour 2 cups
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Water as required
- Eggs 4
- Green onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
- Tomatoes (chopped) 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper (crushed) 1/2 tablespoon
- Garam masala 1/2 tablespoon
- Red chili flakes 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon
- Oil as required
- In a bowl add all - purpose flour wheat flour salt and mix well new add water knead smooth and soft dough rest the dough for 20 minutes
- In a bowl add eggs onion green onion tomatoes green chilies salt black pepper garam masala red chili flakes turmeric powder and beat until well combined.
- Cut the dough in to 4 parts and make balls
- Now roll one ball in to disc shape and transfer on a pre - heated pan cook roti from both sides on medium low flame for 2-3 minutes
- Now roll one ball in to disc shape and transfer on on a pre -heated pan cook from both sides on medium low flame for 2 -3 minutes
- Add your mixture into the paratha add oil and cook both sides until crispy
- Your egg paratha is ready serve
