 Egg Stuffed Paratha Recipe 

Ingredients:
  • All-purpose flour 2 cups
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Salt  1 tablespoon 
  • Water as required
  • Eggs 4 
  • Green onion (chopped) 1/4 cup 
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 1/4 cup 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1/2 tablespoon 
  • Garam masala 1/2 tablespoon 
  • Red chili flakes 1 tablespoon 
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Oil as required
Instructions:
  1. In a bowl add all - purpose flour wheat flour salt and mix well new add water knead smooth and soft dough rest the dough for 20 minutes
  2. In a bowl add eggs onion green onion tomatoes green chilies salt black pepper garam masala red chili flakes turmeric powder and beat until well combined.
  3. Cut the dough in to 4 parts and make balls
  4. Now roll one ball in to disc shape and transfer on a pre - heated pan cook roti from both sides on medium low flame for 2-3 minutes
  5. Now roll one ball in to disc shape and transfer on on a pre -heated pan cook from both sides on medium low flame for 2 -3 minutes
  6. Add your mixture into the paratha add  oil and cook both sides until crispy 
  7. Your egg paratha is ready serve
