Fried Rice with Chicken Mongolian Recipe

Ingredients:
Prepare Mongolian Chicken:
  • Boneless chicken julienne cut 400g
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste 
  • Cornflour 2 tablespoon
  • Cooking oil 3-4 tablespoon
  • Ginger chopped 1/2 tablespoon
  • Garlic chopped 1/2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce 2-3 tablespoon
  • Hot sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar powdered 2 tablespoon
  • Red chili crushed 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Water 1/2 cup or as required
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
  • Cornflour 2 tablespoon
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum julienne 1 medium
  • Green onion leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup(if required)
  • Sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
Prepare Fried Rice:
  • Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion white part chopped 1/2 cup
  • Egg 2
  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • Carrot julienne 1/2cup 
  • Capsicum sliced 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage shredded 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tablespoon or to taste 
  • Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
  • Rice 300g (boiled with salt)
  • Green onion leaves chopped 1/2 cup 
Instructions:
Prepare Mongolian Chicken:
  1. In a bowl add chicken soy sauce black pepper powder salt cornflour & mix well marinate for 25- 30 minutes 
  2.  In wok add cooking oil marinated chicken mix well & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes then cook  on high flame for 3- 4 minutes until crispy & golden brown  & set aside
  3. In the same wok add cooking oil ginger garlic & mix well.
  4. Add soy sauce, hot sauce & mix well.
  5. Add brown sugar & mix well.
  6. Add red chili crushed, black pepper powder & mix well.
  7. Add water & mix well.
  8. Add salt & mix well.
  9. In cornflour, add water and whisk well.
  10. In a wok, add dissolved cornflour, mix well and until sauce thick.
  11. Add capsicum, green onion leaves & mix well.
  12. Add water and mix well.
  13. Add sesame oil & mix well.
  14. Add Fried chicken & mix well.
  15. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
Prepare Fried Rice:
  1. In a wok, add  Cooking oil, ginger, garlic & mix well.
  2. Add green onion white parts & mix well.
  3. Add whisked eggs, mix well & cook until scrambled.
  4. Add soy sauce & mix well.
  5. Add black pepper powder & mix well.
  6. Add carrots, capsicum, cabbage, salt, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add sesame oil and mix well.
  8. Add boiled rice & mix well.
  9. Add green onion leaves and mix well.
  10. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion leaves.
  11. Serve fried rice with chicken Mongolian.
