Grilled Chicken Pasta With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:
  • Guard  shell macaroni 250 g
  • Oil to tablespoon 
  • Chicken fillets 3
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tablespoon 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil 1 tablespoon 
  • Dried 1/4  tablespoon 
  • Oil 1 tablespoon 
  •  Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  •  Tomato paste 2 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Chili sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste 
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Chicken stock1 cup 
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Garlic Chopped 1 tablespoon 
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Mushroom Sliced 1/4 cup
  • Parsley Chopped  for garnish 
Instructions:
  1. In a bowl add chicken fillets, black pepper, salt, oil, oregano, and mix it well. Marinate it 15 minutes at least.
  2. in a pot of simmer water add oil, salt, Guard shell macaroni and boil for 6 to 8 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  3. For mushroom sauce in a pan heat add garlic and saute it for a minute add ketchup tomato paste chicken stock chili sauce salt black pepper  worcestershire sauce soy sauce and cook it for 3to 4 minutes
  4. Add cream in it and cook for about 2 minutes. Lastly add mushroom and  cook for a minute. Your mushroom sauce is ready. Leave half sauce in pan and set a side half for late use.
  5. Toss boiled pasta in the sauce left in pan.
  6. Heat a grill pan and grill your chicken fillets from both sides for minutes. Take it off.
  7. Take a platter, fill it with pasta, place grilled chicken fillet on top and drizzle some sauce in last. Garnish with parsley.
  8. Your delicious grilled chicken pasta with mushroom sauce is ready to serve.
