Chocolate Brownie Cake Dessert

Ingredients:

Prepare Brownie Layer:

  • Boiling Water
  • Compound Chocolate 180g
  • Butter180g
  • All-purpose flour 1&1/2 Cup
  • Cocoa Powder 1/4Cup
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking powder 1 &1/2 teaspoon
  • Instant coffee 1 teaspoon
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • Olper's milk 3/4 cup
Prepare Whipped Cream Layer:

  • Ice cubes
  • Olper's cream chilled 250ml
  • Icing sugar 1/4cup
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:

  • Compound chocolate 100g
  • Olper's cream 100ml
  • Compound chocolate
Instructions:

Prepare Brownie Layer:

  1. On a double boiler, place a bowl, add compound chocolate, butter and mix well until chocolate melts.
  2. Remove from double boiler, place a sifter, add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, instant coffee & sift  all dry ingredients together.
  3. Add caster sugar, vanilla essence & whisk well.
  4. Add milk & whisk well.
  5. On greased baking dish (7 & 10inch) lined with butter paper, pour prepared oven at 180c for 20-22 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
  6. Take out from oven & baking dish, dish , place on a wire rack & let it cool.
Prepare Whipped cream Layer:

  1. In a large bowl, add ice cubes & place another bowl over it, add cream & beat well.
  2. Add icing sugar, vanilla essence & beat until stiff peaks from & transfer to a piping bag.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:

  1. In a jug, add compound chocolate, cream & microwave for 40-60 seconds then mix well & set aside.
  2. On a serving dish, place chocolate brownie, add prepared olper's whipped cream &  spread evenly.
  3. Add chocolate ganache & spread  evenly.
  4. Garnish with grated compound chocolate & refrigerate until chilled.
