Chocolate Brownie Cake Dessert
Ingredients:
Prepare Brownie Layer:
- Boiling Water
- Compound Chocolate 180g
- Butter180g
- All-purpose flour 1&1/2 Cup
- Cocoa Powder 1/4Cup
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder 1 &1/2 teaspoon
- Instant coffee 1 teaspoon
- Caster sugar 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
- Olper's milk 3/4 cup
- Ice cubes
- Olper's cream chilled 250ml
- Icing sugar 1/4cup
- Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
- Compound chocolate 100g
- Olper's cream 100ml
- Compound chocolate
Prepare Brownie Layer:
- On a double boiler, place a bowl, add compound chocolate, butter and mix well until chocolate melts.
- Remove from double boiler, place a sifter, add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, instant coffee & sift all dry ingredients together.
- Add caster sugar, vanilla essence & whisk well.
- Add milk & whisk well.
- On greased baking dish (7 & 10inch) lined with butter paper, pour prepared oven at 180c for 20-22 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
- Take out from oven & baking dish, dish , place on a wire rack & let it cool.
- In a large bowl, add ice cubes & place another bowl over it, add cream & beat well.
- Add icing sugar, vanilla essence & beat until stiff peaks from & transfer to a piping bag.
- In a jug, add compound chocolate, cream & microwave for 40-60 seconds then mix well & set aside.
- On a serving dish, place chocolate brownie, add prepared olper's whipped cream & spread evenly.
- Add chocolate ganache & spread evenly.
- Garnish with grated compound chocolate & refrigerate until chilled.
