Chocolate Falooda Recipe


Ingredients:
Ingredients For Vermicelli:
  •  Water 2 cups
  • Cornflour 1 cup
  • Chilled water as required
Ingredients For Chocolate Kulfi:
  • Milk 1 Liter
  • Cooking chocolate 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cornflour slurry (cornflour 1/2 cup +water 1 cup
Ingredients For  Chocolate Sauce:
  • Cream  1 cup
  • Cooking chocolate 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
Ingredients For Assembling:
  • Chocolate sauce as required
  • Vermicelli as required
  • Chia seeds (soaked) as required
  • Chocolate kulfi as required
  • Chilled milk as required
  • Almond (crushed) as required
  • Chocolate chips as required
Instructions:
  1. In a pot heat water and add corn flour mix and cook until no lumps remain cook until the solution is thick and translucent 
  2.  Transfer this mixture in to the vermicelli maker and make the vermicelli in to  the chili water let it rest for 20- 30 minutes the vermicelli  is ready 
  3. In a pot heat milk and bring  it to a boil. add chocolate and cook until chocolate melts. now add sugar and cook until sugar melts 
  4.  Add slurry gradually while mixing continuously to avoid lumps cook over low flame until thick in consistency.
  5. Now transfer the chocolate mixture in to kulfi mould  tap to release air bubbles and freeze it for 6 hours to overnight  
  6.  Place the mould partially in water until kulfi leaves the mould your  kulfi is ready set  aside 
  7. In a bowl add water and chia seeds mix well and let them rest for 10 -15  minutes
  8. In a pan and cooking chocolate melts now add sugar and cook until sugar melts over low flame set aside your chocolate sauce is ready 
  9. In a glass add chocolate sauce vermicelli chia seed chocolate kulfi chilled milk and garnish with almonds and chocolate chip your chocolate Falooda is ready serve .
