Crispy Fried Chicken With Arabian Rice 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thigh and leg piece 10 each
  • Hot sauce 3 tablespoon
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • White pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon 
  • Paprika powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vinegar 2 teaspoon 
  • Mustard paste 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon 
  • All purpose flour 2 cups
  • Com flour 1/2 cup 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Chilled water 2 cups
  • Chili sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Chili  garlic sauce 1 cup
  • Hot sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Soaked basmati rice 2 cups
  • Water 2 cups 
  • Chicken stock 2 cups 
  • Black pepper corns 8-10
  • cloves 6-8 
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste 
  • Yellow flood color 1 tablespoon 
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon
Instructions:

  1. Put chicken leg and thigh pieces on a board and prick holes in them with a fork
  2. Transfer them in a bowl and add salt black pepper powder paprika powder red chili powder white pepper powder hot sauce vinegar mustard paste and coat the chicken well marinate it for 30 -40 minutes
  3. In a bowl add all- purpose flour corn garlic powder and  salt mix well and set aside 
  4. In anther bowl add chili water cold milk  red chili  powder and set aside
  5. In  a bowl add chili  garlic sauce salt hot sauce lemon juice and chili sauce mix well and  set  aside
  6. Now take marinated pieces and coat them properly in coating mixture now dip them in cold batter and then coat them again properly  in coating mixture 
  7. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry your chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes strain take of the flame and set aside for 5 minutes 
  8. Fry the chicken pieces again for 5-6 minutes or until completely cooked and aside 
  9. In pot add oil black pepper corns  cloves white pepper powder garam masala powder salt and cook for 2-3 minutes  now add water  chicken stock rice and cook until  85% water is evaporated 
  10. Add yellow food color on the rice and cover with lid cook  on low flame for 10 - 15 minutes  now remove  the lid give your rice a good mix and your rice is ready 
  11. Serve with crispy chicken pieces
