 Grilled Chicken Keto Sandwich

Ingredients:
Prepare Cheese Vegetable Breas:
  • Cabbage 1 medium 
  • Carrot 1 small you can skip or replace with cabbage 
  • Green chili 1 
  • Eggs 3-4 
  • Black pepper crushed to taste 
  • pink salt to taste 
  • Cheddar cheese 3/4 cup or as required
  • butter 1 tablespoon
Prepare Grilled  Chicken:
  • Garlic powder 1/4 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder 1/4 tablespoon or to taste 
  • Dried oregano 1/4 tablespoon 
  • Onion powder 1/4 tablespoon
  •  Pink salt 1/4 tablespoon or to taste 
  • Chicken fillet 250g 
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
Prepare Keto Garlic Sauce:
  • Mint leaves 10 -12 
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves 
  • Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon 
  • Yogurt hung 1/2 cup 
  • Cream 1/4 cup 
  • Black pepper crushed to taste 
  • Pink salt to taste 
Instruction:
Prepare Cheese Vegetable Bread:
  1. Shred cabbage peel & cut carrot & green chili deseed in julienne with the help of knife & take out in a bowl
  2. In a bowl add all vegetables eggs black pepper crushed salt & mix well 
  3. Add grated cheddar cheese mix well & set aside
  4. In stovetop sandwich maker add butter & let it melt 
  5. Add prepared egg & vegetable mixture spread evenly cover & close sandwich maker & cook directly on medium flame  from both sides until done makes 4 slices 
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
  1. In a  bowl add garlic powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, dried oregano, onion powder, pink salt, mix well & set aside.
  2. Pound chicken fillet with the help of meat mallet from both side then cut in half.
  3. Sprinkle prepared seasoning on both sides of chicken fillet & rub evenly.
  4. In stovetop sandwich maker, add butter & let it melt.
  5. Add seasoned chicken, cover &close sandwich maker & cook directly on low flame from both side until done & let it rest for2 minutes then cut into slices & set aside.
Prepare Keto Garlic Sauce:
  1. Finely chop mint leaves, garlic & take out in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, yogurt, cream, black pepper crushed, pink salt & mix well.
Assembling:
  1. On cheese vegetable bread, add & spread prepared  keto garlic sauce, add chicken slices & cover with another cheese vegetable bread to make a sandwich.
  2. Cut into slices & serve with keto garlic sauce.
