Loaded Mirchi Pakora

Ingredients:

Potato Filling:

  • Potatoes boiled & cubes 3-4 medium
  • Tamarind pulp 3-4 tablespoon
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon or to taste 
  • Red chilies crushed 1 teaspoon 
  • Chaat masala 1tablespoon
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds roasted & crushed 1 teaspoon 
  • Coriander  seeds crushed 1 teaspoon
Pakora Mixture:

  • Gram flour sifted 1& 1/2 cup 
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tablespoon or to taste 
  • Salt 1 tablespoon or to taste 
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tablespoon
  • Baking soda 1/2 tablespoon
  • Orange food color 1/4 tablespoon 
  • Water 3/4 cup or as required 
  • Green chilies large 28 -30
  • Cooking oil for frying 
  • Chaat masala 
  • Whole green gram boiled 
  • Onion chopped 
  • Tomatoes deseeded & chopped 
  • Fresh coriander chopped 
  • Chaat masala
  • Yogurt whisked 
  • Nimco sev 
  • Red chili crushed 
Instructions:

Prepare Potato filling:

  1. In a bowl add boiled potatoes & mash well with the help of  masher 
  2. Add tamarind pulp salt red chili crushed chat  masala kashmiri red chili powder crushed seeds  coriander seeds & mix well then set aside 
Prepare Pakora Mixture:

  1. In a bowl add gram flour red chili  powder salt carom seeds baking soda orange food color & mix well
  2. Gradually add water & whisk well to make thick batter (3-4 minutes) cover & then red for 15 -  20 minutes 
  3. Make slit on green chilies & remove its seeds 
  4. Stuff prepared potato filling in green chilies & set aside (makes 28 -30)
  5. Transfer prepared pakora mixture in a jug and dip stuffed green chilies  in the batter 
  6. In a wok  heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until until golden brown
  7. Sprinkle  chat masala & serve with ketchup or chili garlic sauce 
  8. Cut mirchi  pakora from center and place them on a serving plate add green lentil gram in it 
  9. Now add onion tomatoes fresh coriander chat masala yogurt  nimco  sev & red chili crushed from top & serve .
