Milk Chocolate Caramel Trifle
Ingredients:
prepare Caramel Sauce:
- Sugar 1 cu
- Opler s cream 1 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
- Olper's milk 3 cup
- Cornflour 4 tablespoon or as required
- Olper's milk 1/4 cup
- Chocolate brownie or cake crushed
- Cornflake or Almonds crushed
- Chocolate chips
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup
- Chocolate brownie
Prepare Caramel Sauce:
- In a saucepan add sugar & cook on very low flame until sugar is caramelized & turns brown and gently stir pan few times in between to mix
- Turn off the flame add cream then turn on the flam & whisk well
- Add vanilla essence & mix well caramel sauce is ready
- Take out half quantity of prepared caramel sauce in a bowl let it cool & transfer to a piping bag
- In remaining caramel sauce add milk mix well & bring it to boil
- In cornflour add milk & mix well
- Now add dissolved cornflour mix well & cook until it thickens then strain with the help of strainer
- 1 & 1/2 Cup of caramel sauce is ready
- Let it cool while whisking to avoid lumps
- Transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until chilled
