Milk Chocolate Caramel Trifle


Ingredients:
prepare Caramel Sauce:
  • Sugar 1 cu
  • Opler s cream 1 cup 
  • Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon 
Prepare Caramel Custard:
  • Olper's milk 3 cup
  • Cornflour 4 tablespoon or as required
  • Olper's milk 1/4  cup
Assembling:
  • Chocolate brownie or cake crushed 
  • Cornflake or Almonds crushed 
  • Chocolate chips 
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Chocolate brownie 
Instructions:
Prepare Caramel Sauce:
  1. In a  saucepan add sugar & cook on very low flame until sugar is caramelized  & turns brown  and gently stir pan few times in between to mix 
  2. Turn off the flame add cream then  turn  on the flam & whisk well
  3. Add vanilla  essence & mix well caramel sauce is ready 
Prepare Caramel Custard:
  1. Take out half quantity of prepared caramel sauce    in a bowl let it cool & transfer to a piping bag 
  2. In remaining caramel sauce add milk mix well & bring it to boil 
  3. In cornflour add milk & mix well 
  4. Now add dissolved cornflour mix  well & cook until it thickens then strain with the help of strainer 
  5. 1 & 1/2 Cup of caramel sauce is ready 
  6. Let  it cool while whisking to avoid lumps 
  7. Transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until  chilled 
Assembling:
  1. In a serving  glass add chocolate brownie & press gently 
  2. Add prepared  caramel sauce cornflakes chocolate  chips  prepared caramel custard whipped cream & drizzle caramel sauce & chocolate syrup
  3. Garnish with chocolate brownie & serve chilled
