Creamy Chicken Macaroni Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
Ingredients for Chicken Stock:
- Chicken bones 1 cup
- water 1 L
- Slat to taste
- Chicken (small cubes ) 500g
- Water 1 cup
- Salt 1/4 tablespoon / to taste
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter 1 tablespoon
- All- purpose flour 1 1/2 tablespoon
- Chicken stock 1 L
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
- Chicken powder 1 tablespoon
- Cooked chicken
- Cream 1 cup
- Boil macaroni 1 cup
- Green onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
- Carrots (chopped) 1/4 cup
- In a pot heat water add chicken salt and bring it to boil remove the skim
- Reduce the heat to low flame and cook for 30 minutes strain and set aside your chicken stock is ready
- In a pot heat water and bring it to boil add oil salt and macaroni is 80% cooked strain and set aside
- In a pan add water and chicken and cook until changes color
- Now add salt and black pepper and mix well then cover and cook for 10 minutes or until water dries out set aside your chicken is ready
- In a pan heat water and add flour cook until fragrant
- Gradually add chicken stock while stirring constantly now add salt black pepper chicken powder and mix well
- Add chicken macaroni green onion carrots cream and cook until desired consistency has reached
- Your creamy chicken macaroni soup is ready to serve.
