KUNG PAO CHICKEN CHINESE Recipe  Ingredients: 1 LB  Boneless Chicken Brest 2 Dry chili  1 Table spoon Vinegar 1 Tablespoon Ginger past  2 Table spoon Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoon Garlic Past 1  Tablespoon Sesame Oil 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch  1 Tablespoon Rice Cooking Win 1 Tablespoon Sugar Roasted Peanuts for Topping 1 Green Bell pepper (DICED) How To Make KUNG PAO CHICKEN CHINESE: METHOD: First Chicken Marinate in Soy sauce & Cooking Win 10 to 15 mint Then take wok 4 Tablespoon Cooking Oil, Garlic, Ginger past, Dry chili,  Bell  Pepper, Sugar, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Cooking Win. Chinese pakora    Ingredients: All-purpose flour 1 Cup Rice flour 3-4 Tablespoon Egg 1  Black pepper powder 1 Teaspoon  Red chili crushed 1/2teaspoon  or to taste Chicken powder 1&1/2 teaspoon(optional) Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste  White pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon Yellow food color 1 pinch Water 1/2 Cup or as required Chicken boiled & shredded 1 Cup Carrot 1 Cup Capsicum1 Cup  Cabbage 1 Cup  Green onion leaves 1/2 Cup Cooking oil for frying How To Make Chinese Pakora : METHOD: In  bowl ,add all purpose flour, rice flour, egg, black pepper powder, red chili crushed, chicken powder, salt, white pepper powder, yellow food color and mix well.  Gradually add water whisk until batter is formed. \Add chicken, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, green onion leaves and mix well.  In wok, heat oil and fry on medium flame until golden & crispy. Chinese Spring Rolls   Ingredients Boneless Chicken -250grams  Ginger Garlic Paste - 2Tablespoon Green Chili Paste--1/2 Tablespoon Black pepper Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon  Green Chili Sauce -1Teaspoon Vinegar-1Teaspoon  Egg -1   pc  Cabbage -250 gm (Finely Chopped) Capsicum -1cup(Cubed) Carrot -1/2 cup (Cubed) Ajinomoto-1/3 Teaspoon (Optional) Salt -To Taste Edible Oil-For Frying Procedure: Boil Chicken with ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, vinegar, green chili sauce ,Boil  until all the water dries. Shred the chicken. Heat oil in pan .add cubed carrots and  saute it. Beat an egg and add to the carrots. Stir and mix immediately so that the egg gets scrambled and forms small particles. Add black pepper powder, soya and salt to it. Saute it and add the shredded chicken to it. Mix it well  and add capsicum to the mixture. Take it down from the heat and now add finely chopped cabbage to it. Shift it to a flat dish to cool.  Wrap tightly with no air pocket into the ready sheets giving it

Chinese Hot Chicken Ingredients : 4 table spoon Oil 1 Spring Onion 2 Hot Peppers  1 table spoon Ginger  (shredded) 1 table spoon Rice Wine  2 table spoon Light Soy sauce 900 grams  Chicken  1/2 cup Chicken Broth 1 table spoon Light soy sauce  2 table spoon Wine Vinegar  1 table spoon Sugar  1/2 table spoon Salt  1 table spoon Anise Pepper  1 table spoon Cornstarch How To Make Chinese Hot Chicken: METHOD: Marinate the chicken pieces for 15-20 minutes in the ginger, rice wine, soy sauce, mixture prepared in a bowl. Cut spring onion and hot pepper  diagonally into 1 inch pieces. Mix chicken broth, soy sauce , wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and with anise pepper powder. Heat oil in a wok,  adds the spring onion, and stir fry several times.  Add chicken pieces along with the marinade to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes more. Add chicken broth mixture , mix well.  Cook over low heat until chicken pieces are tender. Add cornstarch to thicken. serve   Coming soon.....
