Chinese Paratha Recipe Ingredients: All-purpose flour (Maida) 2cup Oil 2 tablespoon Water as required Salt 1/2 teaspoon Egg 3 Salt 1/4 teaspoon White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon Chicken mince 700g Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup Carrot(julienne) 1cup Onion 1 cup Chili sauce 2 table spoon Soy sauce 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce 2 tablespoon Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon Garlic (chopped) 2 tablespoon Instructions: In a bowl, add flour, oil, water and salt. Mix them well and knead until your dough is done. Set aside. In a bowl, add eggs, salt and white pepper powder. Whisk them well and your egg mixture is ready. Heat oil in a pan and add chicken mince. Cook it until its color changes to white. Now add salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked. Keep it aside.
