  Chinese Paratha Recipe   Ingredients:  All-purpose flour (Maida) 2cup  Oil 2 tablespoon Water as required Salt 1/2 teaspoon Egg 3  Salt 1/4 teaspoon  White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon Chicken mince 700g  Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup Carrot(julienne) 1cup  Onion 1 cup  Chili sauce 2 table spoon Soy sauce  2 tablespoon Oyster sauce 2 tablespoon Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon Garlic (chopped) 2 tablespoon Instructions: In a bowl, add flour, oil, water and salt. Chinese pakora    Ingredients: All-purpose flour 1 Cup Rice flour 3-4 Tablespoon Egg 1  Black pepper powder 1 Teaspoon  Red chili crushed 1/2teaspoon  or to taste Chicken powder 1&1/2 teaspoon(optional) Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste  White pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon Yellow food color 1 pinch Water 1/2 Cup or as required Chicken boiled & shredded 1 Cup Carrot 1 Cup Capsicum1 Cup  Cabbage 1 Cup  Green onion leaves 1/2 Cup Cooking oil for frying How To Make Chinese Pakora : METHOD: In  bowl ,add all purpose flour, rice flour, egg, black pepper powder, red chili crushed, chicken powder, salt, white pepper powder, yellow food color and mix well.  Gradually add water whisk until batter is formed. \Add chicken, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, green onion leaves and mix well.  In wok, heat oil and fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
